The Building Service Coordinator serves as the central communication and operations hub for each property. Working directly from the management office, this role supports the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager by coordinating with supers, board members, residents, and vendors to ensure smooth daily buildling operations and consistent, high-quality service experience.
The Building Service Coordinator is the on-site operational liaison who ensures that the building's physical environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained. They work closely with porters, supers, doormen, and maintenance staff.

Core Responsibilities
Operations & Coordination
Act as the primary office-based liaison between the management team, building supers, porters, and
maintenance staff.
Receive, log, and assign work orders; follow up with
Track building issues, service requests, and ongoing projects, keeping the Property Manager informed.
Resident & Communication Board
Handle incoming calls, emails, and service requests from residents with professionalism and clarity.
Assist with scheduling meetings, distributing notices, and preparing updates for board members.
Maintain accurate records of resident concerns, resolutions, and building communications.
Vendor & Service Management

Coordinate vendor access, scheduling, and
documentation from the office.
Ensure supers and staff have the information,
instructions, and materials needed for daily operations.
Monitor progress on repairs, inspections, and
contracted services.
Administrative & Compliance Support
Maintain building files, logs, permits, and compliance documentation.
Assist with annual inspections, local law requirements, and reporting.
Prepare summaries, updates, and operational reports for management and board review.
Customer Service & Professionalism
Provide clear, timely, and courteous communication to residents and board members.
Ensure all interactions reflect the luxury-grade service standards of Dynasty Worldwide and RC Elite.
Support the management office with special projects, seasonal planning, and building initiatives.
